Open Afternoons for Reception

Open Afternoons for Children Starting School in September 2027

We welcome parents and carers of children who are due to start school in September 2027 to attend one of our Open Afternoons.

As a mainstream primary school, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment alongside an ambitious curriculum that supports every child to achieve their very best.

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet Mrs Thomas, our Early Years Teacher, tour our excellent indoor and outdoor learning environments and speak with Headteacher, Mrs Patrick.  You will also be able to discuss your child’s individual needs, learn more about life in Reception and see some of the exciting activities our children enjoy.

During your visit you will:

• Enjoy a tour of the indoor and outdoor learning environments
• Meet Mrs Thomas, our Early Years Teacher
• Speak with Mrs Patrick, our Headteacher
• Learn about our ambitious curriculum and high expectations for all pupils
• Discuss your child’s needs and how we can support a successful start to school
• Ask any questions to help you prepare for your child starting school.

We look forward to meeting you and showing you how our school helps children thrive both personally and academically.
